Return Policy

Your shopping experience is our top priority. We want your experience with, Inc. to exceed your expectations on all fronts. However, we realize that sometimes you may need to return an item. If you do need to return a product that has not been used, please reach out and contact us to arrange for a return.  Please note that the product must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. Please see the various type of returns below for more detail:

Standard Return

A standard return would be applicable for any regularly stocked item that was purchased within the last 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any item that falls into this category will not be eligible for return if:

  • It is not in the original packaging
  • It was returned outside the 30 day time frame
  • The product was used and is not in re-sellable condition

Note that items on, Inc. are considered Medical Supplies and Cannot be returned if not in their original unopened package.

Please contact Customer Service at (833) 825-0672 for details to return item.   Please have your order confirmation number, date of purchase, item(s) that need to be returned and your credit card that was used on the purchase ready.  Note that we cannot issue a credit for any freight that was billed to you on the initial order.

30-Day Risk Free Trial:

We proudly provide a 30-day risk-free trial for select number of products for a limited period of time. If, within this 30-day period, you find yourself dissatisfied with any of the products, you have the option to return the item for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below. For additional details on the return process, please reach out to our Customer Service team at (833) 825-0672. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making your shopping experience worry-free.  

Special Order Return

Special Order Items are items that are not normally stocked. These items are also not eligible for return and all sales are final.

Damaged or Defected Item

Any shipping damage or discrepancy must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. If you are returning an item because of a defect, we will incur all charges and replace the item at our cost. Proof of defect will be needed in order to proceed with this.

How to Return an Item

  1. Step 1:

    The first step is to call our office at (833) 825-0672 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). When you call for this number, please have your order confirmation number, date of purchase, item(s) that need to be returned and your credit card that was used on the purchase ready.

  2. Step 2:

    If you paid with a credit card, the credit card will be issued a refund for the amount of the purchase. We cannot issue a credit for the freight that was billed to you on the initial order.

  3. Step 3:

    Once you have the RGA number, you are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product back to, Inc.. You may use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier of your choice. A, Inc. Customer Service agent will give you the address to ship the product.
