Q: Is headgear provided with this product?
A: Yes, ResMed Headgear is provided with this product. However, if your mask frame and cushion have worn out but your headgear is still functioning properly, you can also purchase the AirFit N20 assembly kit separately here.
Q: How can I change the N20™s cushion?
A: You will need to push the side buttons on the frame and pull the elbow away. Once you have done this, unclip the magnets and undo the upper headgear tabs. You must then pull the strapping away from the frame and hold the frame between the upper and lower arms which will allow you to pull the cushion away from the frame with ease
Q: How do you clean the AirFit N20 headgear?
A: You should start by soaking the frame and headgear in warm water at a lukewarm temperature of approximately 30°C. You can add mild liquid detergent such as dishwashing liquid and let it soak for up to ten minutes or so. Please avoid using any strong detergent or chemicals as this can cause significant damage to the mask. To ensure a thorough clean, shake frame and headgear in water. Rinse both components in clean water and allow the headgear to air dry until there is no more moisture present on the headgear.
